How does a typical Huddle Hack work?

The trick to a successful Huddle Hack is to get the right people in the room all focussed in the right direction. So before we start, we'll spend some time defining the brief and collating a team of creatives, technicians and subject-matter experts and, of course, you.  This preparation allows us to run the Hack highly efficiently, making sure we squeeze every bit of value in the limited time we have. We'll also prepare a brief outlining the objectives.

Stage 1: Crystallise Brief
Revisit and go over the brief, highlighting main challenges and key opportunities. Ensure we are aligned before starting the hack in earnest.

Stage 2: Inspiration Gathering
Gather both online and real-world insights and reference points to be used as creative fuel for the hack.

Stage 3: Structure Sketching
Develop new ideas and visually map them out creating business models, information architectures, wirefames and user journeys etc.

Stage 4: Concept Exploration
Work with you to create multiple product design concepts, bringing the ideas to life.

Stage 5: Prototyping
Build clickable branded app prototype(s) showing key user journeys and interactions.

Stage 6: Wrap
Review outputs from the hack, making any refinements and adjustments needed. Package up into something useful, relevant and worthy of testing and sharing.
